Orta San Giulio Church & Villa Crespi Wedding

Ruthie and Mick tied the knot on Lake Orta in late June, surrounded by 90 of their favourite people. Their ceremony took place at the beautiful Catholic church in Orta San Giulio, perched just above the village with stunning views and romantic stone steps leading the way.

After saying “I do,” Ruthie and Mick hopped into a waiting TukTuk for a fun little getaway while their guests took the scenic tourist train to the reception. The destination? The iconic Villa Crespi—an exclusive, luxury hotel and restaurant owned by Italy’s own TV chef, Antonino Cannavacciuolo.

The whole day felt like a dream. Everything was styled in elegant white florals, and guests dined in the garden under a gorgeous decorative tent. As night fell, everyone lit wish balloons and watched them float into the sky before dancing the night away.
