Lydia and Anthony’s wedding was the perfect blend of elegance, intimacy, and Italian charm. Surrounded by 40 of their closest friends and family, they travelled from the UK to say “I do” on the breathtaking shores of Lake Orta—one of Italy’s most romantic hidden gems.

Lydia made a truly unforgettable entrance, arriving by traditional wooden boat, gliding across the lake’s still waters to meet Anthony in the beautiful gardens of Villa Bossi. Nestled in the heart of Orta San Giulio, the ceremony location couldn’t have been more picturesque. With its cobbled streets, vintage signs, and old-world charm, the town captured their hearts from the moment they first visited.

After their heartfelt ceremony, guests wandered into the sunny town square to enjoy a classic Italian aperitivo—an ideal way to soak in the local atmosphere. From there, they boarded boats once again, this time heading across the lake to the stunning Ca’ dal Rat restaurant.

Set right on the water’s edge, the reception was a dream. Guests dined al fresco beneath strings of fairy lights, with gold candelabras and beautiful floral arrangements setting the mood. Delicious Italian food and fine wine flowed freely as laughter and music filled the night.

As the sun set over the lake, Lydia and Anthony danced under the stars—marking the start of a beautiful new chapter in the most magical of settings.
