WeddingBox Lake Orta is proudly led by the wonderfully talented and passionate wedding planner, Monica Antonetti. With a true love for romance—and for the lakes—Monica brings warmth, skill, and a keen eye for detail to every celebration she designs.
After several years living in England, Monica returned to her beautiful home in Italy to pursue her dream of creating unforgettable weddings in the country she adores. She began her journey with the renowned WeddingBox Lake Como team, where she quickly stood out for her calm demeanor, creativity, and heartfelt dedication to her couples.
With extensive hands-on experience and a strong understanding of both Italian and international wedding traditions, Monica now leads our teams on Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore. Her deep local insight and global perspective make her the ideal planner for couples from all over the world seeking an authentic and beautiful Italian lake wedding.

I’m Sally Sephora, founder of WeddingBox, and when I started this journey back in 2009, my goal was simple: to create beautiful, unforgettable weddings in Italy with honesty, heart, and an unwavering commitment to our couples. What began on the shores of Lake Como quickly blossomed into something much bigger—thanks in no small part to the incredible people who joined me along the way.
One of those people is Monica Antonetti.
